One of the founders of Smithfield, Bill is both an attorney and a certified public accountant, with extensive experience in personal, business, trust and estate taxation. Bill began his career with the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young, then moved to the Pittsburgh office of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, PC, where his practice was concentrated in the areas of business valuation, federal income taxation, estate planning and estate administration.
