Felicia is a graduate of Robert Morris University and holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Business and Hospitality and Tourism Management. Felicia has been with Smithfield Trust Company for over 20 years where she began as an Administrative Assistant and then moved into the Trust Operations Department. Prior to joining Smithfield Trust Company, Felicia worked in various areas of the hospitality and tourism industry.
