Originally from North East, Pennsylvania, Alex moved to Pittsburgh to join Smithfield in May 2023 as an Investment Analyst. Alex is a 2023 graduate of Pennsylvania State University Smeal College of Business where he was a member of the Nittany Lions football team. As of November 2025, Alex has earned the CFP® certification and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
