Tom was born in 1970 in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. He received his B.A. in History from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. Tom joined Smithfield Trust Company in 2002 as a Trust Officer and continues in that role today. His responsibilities include managing approximately 100 client relationships and administering Smithfield’s Common and Private Trust Funds. Before joining Smithfield, Tom spent four years in sales at The Conair Group, Inc., a local manufacturer of auxiliary equipment for the plastics industry. Tom attended the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Central Atlantic School of Trust at Bucknell University. He served on the board of the Estate Planning Council of Pittsburgh for 6 years.
