Courtesy of Ken Lewis, I am informed that the Supreme Court has revised the Application for Probate and Grant of Letters to a new form. Apart from the change in the title to Application for Letters, the changes are not striking, but lend themselves more easily to a form that can be filled in on line or electronically. Links to the Application itself and the Court Order are set forth below.
