Bill is both an attorney and a certified public accountant, with extensive experience in personal, business, trust and estate practices.  Prior to joining Smithfield Trust Company, he was an attorney in the Trusts & Estates section of the Pittsburgh law firm Buchanan Ingersoll and also worked for the international consulting and accounting firm Ernst & Young.
