Mark is a certified public accountant and a graduate of Duquesne University. Mark has served as Smithfield Trust Company's chief financial officer from the company's inception. He has several years of financial management experience for closely held businesses, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, financial reporting, etc. His previous experience also includes seven years at an international accounting firm in both the audit and tax departments.
