Jeanette joined Smithfield Trust Company in February 2009. She has more than 30 years experience as a paralegal and an executive assistant working with corporate and private-practice lawyers, executive officers and directors. Jeanette has extensive experience in the corporate and securities areas of the law. She obtained her paralegal certificate in 1990 from Penn State University. Prior to joining Smithfield Trust, Jeanette worked in the Corporate and Securities Practice Section of Reed Smith LLP for 8 years and in the Corporate Secretary’s Office and Law Department of PPG Industries, Inc. for over 13 years.
